The 2026 festival showcased the full breadth of our large format printing services, including sustainable reskinning programmes, bespoke engineered displays, window graphics, floor graphics and citywide branding installations.

One of the standout elements of this year’s project was the reskinning of dozens of existing roller banners. Instead of manufacturing new hardware, we replaced only the printed graphics.

What’s the story?

DP Sign & Display was delighted to be selected to deliver Aire Park Leeds Window Graphics Branding Solution, one of the UK’s most exciting mixed-use developments. Working on behalf of Vastint UK, our brief was to produce and install high-quality branding across a number of newly completed leasable units within the development.

Given the prestige of the project and the importance of presenting the units at their very best, our involvement began with a comprehensive site survey. We carefully measured each building and produced detailed digital artwork templates, enabling the client’s creative agency to develop artwork that fitted every elevation perfectly and consistently.

With the project scheduled ahead of UKREiiF, one of the UK’s leading real estate and infrastructure events, quality, precision and delivery deadlines were critical to the success of the installation.

What was the solution?

Following the survey stage, our production team manufactured and installed a premium branding solution using optically clear self-adhesive vinyl. To ensure long-term performance and visual impact, the graphics were finished with a specialist UV protective laminate, helping maintain colour vibrancy and clarity long after installation.

This specification delivered exceptional print quality while creating a refined and understated finish that complemented Aire Park’s position as a premium commercial and leisure destination.

Working closely with the client and project stakeholders, our installation team ensured every graphic was fitted accurately and efficiently, delivering a seamless finish across multiple units throughout the development.

Since working with Royal Armouries Museum for over a decade, DP Sign & Display has delivered high-quality exhibition signage and large format graphics across the site. For the internationally acclaimed Gladiators: Heroes of the Colosseum exhibition, we were proud to support the museum with a complete visual solution.

What’s the Story Behind the Royal Armouries Leeds Exhibition Signage?

The exhibition Gladiators, Heroes of the Colosseum arrived at the Royal Armouries Leeds from 28 June to 2 November 2025, bringing a major cultural attraction to West Yorkshire. As a long-term signage partner, we were thrilled to be involved in such an important and high-profile exhibition.

Our extensive knowledge of the site meant we could move quickly, having previously surveyed most areas of the museum. However, this project introduced a new external location, requiring fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to maximise impact.

Our Solution for Exhibition Signage at Royal Armouries Leeds

We carried out a detailed survey of the exterior walls facing the canal to assess how large flex face graphic frames could be installed. The aim was to create a flexible, interchangeable branding space suitable not only for this exhibition but for future events as well.

The installation presented several challenges, including restricted access and uneven ground conditions. Careful planning was required to manage the weight of materials, machinery, and installation crew, ensuring a safe and efficient process.

Despite these challenges, our team developed a solution that made full use of the space while delivering a bold and visually striking result.

Since its opening in 2003, Xscape Yorkshire has relied on DP Sign & Display for signage and lift shaft branding, including high-quality internal graphics and large format printing across this busy leisure destination.

When a lift shaft refurbishment was completed, Xscape approached us to develop a creative solution that would transform the space into a high-impact branding feature. With its central location, this area offered a unique opportunity to enhance the visitor experience and strengthen Xscape’s brand presence.

Our team conducted a detailed site survey to capture accurate measurements, enabling us to create digital templates that allowed the client’s creative agency to design artwork that fit perfectly.

What’s the story?

At Digital Plus, we thrive on showcasing the potential of innovative designs, over the past 18 months, we’ve been transforming our very own atrium glass graphics every three months, demonstrating various possibilities with self-adhesive vinyl’s of different grades and playing around with a variety of ink percentages to create a mix of transparencies’ as well as full block out displays. Little did we know that our ongoing creative evolution would catch the eye of a passerby in need of a similar transformation.

It all started with a simple drive past our premises. A local entrepreneur saw our vibrant glass graphics and thought, “I could use something like this for my new venture.” Following a detailed phone consultation to discuss their vision and requirements, our dedicated team headed to the new location to measure up the windows and understand the space.

What was the solution?

Understanding that bespoke solutions often yield the best results, we created custom templates to ensure precise artwork preparation. Our client’s requirements extended beyond just production and installation; they needed artwork support as well. After a comprehensive brainstorming session to align ideas, we rolled up our sleeves and dove into the creative process, bringing the client’s artistic vision to life from scratch.

With the artwork approved and ready to go, our team shifted into production mode. We used high-quality polymeric clear vinyl—durable enough to withstand the test of time without shrinking. The entire set was printed in reverse, enabling our skilled installers to mount the artwork on the inside, ensuring it looked flawless from the outside. Thanks to the accurate templates created during the survey, the installation fit within the window frameworks to the millimetre.

What were the results?

The results were nothing short of spectacular. The transformation of the Wow the Brow storefront has not only captivated the owners but also recieved enthusiastic responses from the community. The client couldn’t contain their excitement, expressing,

” Shop is amazing now thanks to you! We LOVE IT…and so does half of Otley!! (The other half just haven’t seen it yet) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

 The first ever annual UKREiiF event was held at Leeds Royal Armouries on 17-19^th May 2022. The event was led by property events company Built Environment Networking, referred to us via Mark Starbuck at Studio Tom, Dick & Harry . Having previously held events the team were aware of what they wanted to achieve but needed help and guidance with exactly how to realise this.

The brief was simple – high-impact branding and directional signage across multiple points throughout The Royal Armouries and surrounding Leeds Dock areas while keeping a keen eye on sustainability. The volume of print and signage was impressive and like any project of this scale required multiple site visits to ensure that all angles were covered.

What was the solution?

An incredibly robust portfolio of different print and Signage! Window graphics, hanging banners, flags, mesh banner, contra-vision, banner vinyl to name but a few, were all installed using the necessary access equipment and then removed using our in-house fitting team. This was coupled with the supply of nearly 100 freestanding totem boards using sustainable 10mm Smart-X and Xanita sat in wedge bases and set on freestanding aluminium frames.

Far from straightforward was the task of branding the Canary Bar – a corrugated shipping container painted yellow with applied vinyl (not the first time we have approached a project like this, did you see our work on the JET 2 Hanger?). We installed this without causing any damage to the existing structure. Access to this area proved not without its complications but through careful planning, an eye-catching solution was executed.

What were the results?

The most important result was that the event was a success and we had a very happy client:-

‘Digital Plus were tuned into the business need from the very beginning, responsive to last-minute requests, and provided creative solutions and exemplary customer service.  As with any event, there are many suppliers that help us achieve our goals, Digital Plus were voted ‘best supplier’ from my internal event team’

The visual branding was immense, everywhere you looked there was UKREiff branding – coupled with the great weather and a huge turnout the event was a great success. We look forward to working on the 2023 event!

What’s the story?

Exemplar Health Care are having a busy year as they extend their property portfolio allowing them to care for more of their clients across the country. Through a search online our client came across our website and sent an email in with a brief of what was required for the hoarding permitter graphics that were needed to surround the construction work taking place in West Yorkshire.

Unsure of materials available, our sales team educated the client on the materials that could be used and quoted an approximate project cost. Like most of our projects we advised that a site survey should take place to accurately measure (as site plans are often changed by the time the site team are in place) and capture the information needed for a template to be created so that the clients artwork team could supply artwork to suit.

What was the solution?

60m of hoarding panels printed direct from a fantastic set of artwork created by the client with a creative that spanned over the entire stretch seamlessly. Each of the panels was checked by our production team and project manager to ensure consistent quality and colour throughout which is standard practice at Digital Plus. Taking it one step further our install team removed skirting that was already in place and put it back up once the panels had been installed.

What were the results?

The result was a fantastic marketing and advertising area for the client that delivered a strong message as to what was happening behind the closed walls! A happy site manager and marketing manager meant that not only was this a successful project but the start of a relationship involving various new builds over the future. Our client had this to say:

This project added to over 1500m of hoarding graphics already produced by Digital Plus in the last couple of months so its safe to say that we have become a great choice for clients looking for a fully managed service from survey all the way through to installation!

What’s the story?

After successfully handling the signage and branding at the original ZAAP Thai restaurant in Leeds, we were then commissioned for the Nottingham and Newcastle sites. York is the latest addition and opened at the end of last year.

What was the solution?

Working closely with the architect and paying close attention to strict planning restrictions, we designed and manufactured a series of signs and graphics for across the venue. Outdoors this included:

• LED illuminated fascia sign
• Protruding illuminated street sign
• Illuminated menu case
• Window decals
• One-way vision window vinyls

We designed, printed and installed all the interior signage and graphics, including:

• Traditional neon illuminated signs
• Light box display units to resemble authentic street vendor signs
• Full coverage wall murals
• Stylised directional signage
• Translucent window vinyls depicting a street market scene
• Illuminated staircase treads with printed polycarbonate panel infills

What were the results?

This was a large project with lots of elements to consider. However, our experience working on the previous three venues meant we knew the approach to take and anticipated exactly what the client was looking for.

The ZAAP team are excellent to work with and together we’ve turned out another exciting venue. If the food wasn’t enough of an incentive for people to visit, the unique branding and décor certainly are!

What’s the story?

Cedar Court Hotel required graphics to decorate two large function rooms as part of an interior refurbishment project. We were commissioned by the interior designer to print and install digitally printed wall coverings and ceiling tiles.

What was the solution?

The idea was to decorate the walls with photographic images depicting different Yorkshire landscapes. We covered the walls on the first-floor landing foyer leading to the various function rooms with digitally printed ‘Dreamscape’ wallpaper.

We then replaced the existing suspended ceiling tiles with digitally printed foam PVC panels, covering the whole ceiling with a bright blue sky photographic image to complement the walls.

Through the double doors from the foyer into the main function room, we also covered the ceiling with over 400 printed ceiling tiles. The ceiling features LED lighting panels with applied translucent vinyls, only visible when the lights are switched off.

What were the results?

Following the successful design and production stages, the install was completed within 2 weeks by 2 fitters. We worked alongside the other contractors involved in this refurbishment, coinciding our work with the installation of the new feature lighting and fitting of the cobbled street carpet.

The finished space is transformed with original graphics, seamlessly installed. The hotel plan to use the function rooms primarily for weddings and the beautiful photographs will provide the ideal backdrop to many celebrations to come.

What’s the story?

This company wanted graphics to improve the recycling systems at their Birmingham headquarters to support an internal campaign.

What was the solution?

The bright, eye-catching graphics would be a visual reminder for staff to recycle and dispose of waste correctly, making it obvious where waste materials should go.

We vinyl wrapped around 50 existing recycling and waste bins, colour-coding each type to make them easily distinguishable. Behind the bins, branding was placed on the surrounding walls and pillars to make the recycling areas more attractive. In the office areas, these backdrops included vinyl messages to help encourage staff to take part.

What were the results?

Following a detailed survey and production process, the installation ran smoothly. It was completed over a full weekend to limit disruption and give staff the wow factor on their return to work.

The graphics are clear, colourful and make it easy for employees to understand the improved recycling system. With the branding and messages there to remind employees about the importance of limiting waste, the initiative will have a lasting impact.
