Now up in a number of locations are digital prints direct to substrate. In times of old all digital printing was produced on reel fed machines that required the print laminating to the final substrate, be it display board, foam PVC or pretty much anything else. With new technology we are now able to print direct to the final substrate, this reduces the number of processes involved to produce the final product, which in turn reduces the unit cost. The new improved inks we use will key to a variety of substrates allowing more flexibility and longevity of print without lamination. So, yes, its cheaper, faster and better!
