Digital Plus makes magic local Playhouse

The West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds knows a thing or two about creating magical family entertainment on stage and the Leeds printer Digital Plus is helping out by providing an eye catching ‘Clever Cube’ to promote the current musical, The Secret Garden.

Using the theme of the classic children’s novel, Digital Plus designed the 7ft high cube with a clear acrylic section at the front and top to allow curious children to peep inside – as if they are looking into the secret garden of the story.  family entertainment on stage and the Leeds printer Digital Plus is helping out by providing an eye catching ‘Clever Cube’ to promote the current musical, The Secret Garden.

New Press Helps Printer Make Its Mark

Digital billboards, featuring multiple rotating adverts, seem to be popping up everywhere. So it may seem reasonable to assume more traditional, printed adverts are pretty much a thing of the past.

But if the experience of Digital Plus, a large format printer based company near Leeds, is anything to go by, it seems demand for printed banners remains surprisingly strong. The business is celebrating 10 years in business this year, and in April had its best month yet.

Yorkshire School Goes Super-Sized With Graphics Walls

School has just got a lot more colourful for students at Pudsey Grangefield School, Leeds.

The school's interior walls have been given a high impact new look with the help of super-sized graphic wall coverings and the inspirational images creating a real wow factor throughout the building. These full colour wall murals have been created by large format printers Digital Plus and the idea is set to catch on.

The Leeds-based firm were called in to give 300 square meters of wall the bespoke treatment, using cleverly adapted artwork to create maximum impact.

Liberty belle for Digital Plus

The UK’s first Océ Arizona 350 XT up and running at Leeds-based Digital Plus, which has named it Liberty because of the freedom it gives the company in developing new markets. The £200,000-plus investment, part of a diversification plan that includes the recent opening of a new graphic design division, is expected to bolster Digital Plus’s interests in the bespoke printed furniture sector.
